It was clean, the service and the food were both good! Their cocktails sounded cool, but unfortunately I didn't try any. Lol.
Went for lunch and took advantage of the lunch menu. Plus side was the lunch menu was available on a Saturday and not just during the week. Food was also good and filling. Downside service was slow. Not slow like we were ignored or felt like we?dnever get service. It was slow in general of food coming out. It wasn?t super crowded, we were seated right away.
The pizza and wings here are outstanding. The pizza I ordered had a perfectly crispy thin crust, delicious sauce, and a generous amount of toppings. While the wings were a bit too crispy for my taste, the XX hot sauce was excellent, especially with the addition of honey. The side salads were ample and fresh, and they offer a great variety of dressings. Overall, I had a wonderful dining experience at a reasonable price.
The food at Amici Italian Cafe was excellent—I especially enjoyed the grilled chicken sandwich. However, the service was lacking. The young staff could use more training; my server took my order and later brought the bill but never checked in or cleared my table after I finished. I would dine here again, hoping the service gets better.
The calamari was disappointing, tasting more like fried peppers. The kids' tender meal arrived cold. The salad was quite good. We felt a bit uncomfortable as the host seemed to ignore us when we arrived, which felt unwelcoming. Fortunately, a friendly, slim brunette waitress soon came over, asked if we had been assisted, quickly cleaned a dirty booth, and kindly seated us. Unfortunately, the other waitstaff appeared unfriendly, and the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. I don’t plan on returning to this place.
