What puremx dislikes about Cocoa Caffe:
The fact that this restaurant was empty while the McDonald's next door was full should have been a red flag. I ordered the traditional cooked breakfast, but it arrived lukewarm with canned mushrooms and strange-tasting sausages. The young serving staff seemed rude and could use a smile.
