Crowbar offers a bustling atmosphere, but it struggles with management decisions that detract from the overall experience. Many patrons express frustration over the closure of key areas during hot days, limiting access for guests and unfairly impacting those with disabilities. While the venue's noise level can be overwhelming, the staff consistently earns praise for their attentive service. Though the drink offerings and infused spirits receive commendations, the inconsistency in food quality, especially the pizza, leaves room for improvement. Ultimately, Crowbar remains a place with potential, hampered by upper management's choices rather than the dedication of its staff.
This restaurant is just okay. It is too crowded for my liking in every aspect. The noise level, from the pizza place to the bar, was overwhelming. When I can't even hear my friends across the table, it's time to leave. However, the staff is the redeeming quality of this restaurant. They provide exceptional service.
