I ordered a Famous Bowl with extra gravy, but I received one without any gravy at all. I'm not sure how that even happens. They also included spicy chicken instead of the regular chicken, which was supposed to be for my daughter. To make matters worse, they charged taxes on my EBT payment, which is against the law. The food was overly greasy, and my plate was soaked in it! The coleslaw was disappointing and too watery to enjoy.
I always find the food to be cold here, so I've decided to stop coming to this location. After placing an online order, I had to wait for my food even though it was already prepared. The manager was rude and unhelpful, despite being the only customer present. I refuse to tolerate such poor service and food quality again. I won't be wasting my money here; KFC has consistently terrible service, and the food is all precooked and cold.
The staff member behind the counter was rude after she suspected me of stealing bags intended for mobile delivery. I proved that I was authorized to take the bags, but instead of apologizing, she accused me of not informing her.
