Issues include misleading product availability, staff appearing disengaged—sometimes closing early or causing long wait times—and occasional service frustrations, such as confusion over ordering processes and denied military discounts. Despite these setbacks, the evolving management shows promise, and many hope the transition will lead to more reliable service and a smoother experience for the community in the near future.
Called the store yesterday to make sure they had philly sheese steak pizza was told meat had just come off the truck and was frozen. so i said i would order a bit later.check doordash today to get pizza no longer available. this store is absolute garbage
You know, when you close, you should turn off the outdoor lighting so people don't open you. I stopped around 5 minutes after ten and ended up to tops gas above the street and watch that 5 people do the same.
I visited the gas station at 9:55 a.m. to grab a quick pack of cigarettes, even though they are supposed to close at 10 a.m. When I approached, I found an employee outside smoking with his friends. I was told the station was closed, and when I mentioned it was still before 10, he explained that their clock was set five minutes fast. I pointed out that it was still not 10 a.m., but he just shrugged and continued smoking. This experience made it clear why their rating is below 3 stars. The morning staff seems more interested in leaving early than serving the local community.
I ordered a pizza, and it came as individual slices stuffed into eight different boxes. Who does that?
