Experiences vary: staff can be friendly and efficient, but menu items may be intermittently unavailable, portions feel small, and some sides or biscuits arrive dry or lukewarm. It's a convenient, clean, fast‑paced spot for quick takeout, though value and consistency can be hit-or-miss.
We only had the turkey we purchased from your restaurant, and it was one of the best we've ever tasted. Thank you for making my Thanksgiving Day so much easier for the chef!

I ordered the chest and wing meal with potatoes and gravy, along with pinto beans. It took me about 15 minutes to get home, and the chicken remained crispy and warm. It had a nice crunch and just a hint of spice—not enough to burn your mouth, but flavorful. The cookie was enjoyable as well, not overly lopsided. The pinto beans were tasty, and the white gravy on the potatoes looked lovely. The potatoes were decent, but for the price of the meal, I felt the sides could have been a bit larger. Overall, the chicken was definitely the star of the meal.
This was my first experience at Bojangles, and I have to say, it was a mixed bag. They were currently preparing fresh batches of everything except for the chicken legs. I ended up paying $13 and some change for three legs, a biscuit that looked like it had been sitting out, and some dry macaroni and cheese. The only highlight was the coleslaw, which was quite good. The chicken legs were okay, but there was a strange aftertaste in the breading. On a positive note, the lady who took my order was very nice and informed me about the 15-minute wait.
The drive-thru experience was fast and efficient. This location seems to handle a high volume of customers, and everything met the usual standards for a good Bojangles.
