Couldn’t recommend this restaurant highly enough. Food delicious. Lovely atmosphere and staff couldn’t be more pleasant attentive and efficient. Bravo to all involved
Wonderful little gem off the beaten path. I recommend making a booking it is very small. We got lucky and without a booking we sat outside. They are short staffed which caused delay with getting our food but once it came it was delicious. Had the bread with sweet pea humus and dukka. We enjoyed the roasted cauliflower and spicy prawns and broccoli salad. Husband had the fish of the day.
Very small restaurant, bit pricey for what I got, prawn starter was delicious but the vegetarian Dahl was boring and was more like a basic bean stew rather than a dahl. Large wait between courses. Had an incident with a candle pouring on my dates bag and my shoes and there was nothing taken off the bill for such damage to property. Although we didn't push that we just assume when in somewhere expensive that things like this happen without having to ask. Call me old fashioned but if a restaurant damages a client's property with shoddy candles the least they could do is offer a coffee or something taken off the bill.
Delicious, tasty food. A short wait and light portions. Plenty of gluten-free options. This will remain a great memory of Cork.
