Feedback
Deep South in Cork has received mixed reviews for its bouncer policy and handling of patrons. Despite some negative experiences with the doorman, the venue has been praised for its atmosphere, outdoor space, communication for organizing events, delicious food platters, and efficient service. While some have had disappointing encounters due to dress code enforcement and channel changes on TV screens, others have enjoyed great parties, good music, and fantastic atmosphere for events, making it a recommended spot for a fun night out in Cork.
It's a nice spot with a large screen for watching sports events. However, there was no sound for the match, which was a bit disappointing, especially since they had no issues playing music afterwards.
Awesome bar! Amazing atmosphere! The best martinis around! Special thanks to Craig!
One of my favourite pubs in the city! The beer garden is huge and such a vibe during the summer. Wide selection of drink. The (I think) Australian bouncer is so lovely and funny!!
Our little troupe of geriatric walkers booked our Christmas night out in Deep South and from the first contact to the last we were met with outstanding hospitality and real appreciation for the custom. As the organiser, I have to give a special mention to Alannah who was absolutely superb and for whom no detail was too small, even though we were only a group of 13 and there were some big company nights on as well. We were also asked if anyone had any special dietary requirements. As a party venue I would highly recommend Deep South and, whoever is organising next year 's gig, I imagine there will be no complaints if we return for the next instalment.
