Was Sherry at Kfc a mag?
Called in my order and it was hot and ready in about 20 minutes!! The staff was so polite!! I told her the order was for a family that lost a loved one and she added extra sporks and gave me some pater plates!! Thank you Ladies!! View all feedback.
What CDC dislikes about Kfc:
It was an average KFC experience. I hadn't dined there in a few years, but decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, the chicken was greasy and didn't have much flavor. I won't be going back. View all feedback.
During our most recent visit, we noticed that four biscuits we had paid extra for were missing, as well as the gravy for our mashed potatoes and macaroni. When we called to report the issue, we were assured it would be resolved. However, tonight, we encountered a dismissive attitude from a staff member who questioned us with “Where’s the receipt?” as if it was our fault for not bringing proof. We had no idea we would need it, and we're not even certain we received one in the first place. It was quite frustrating. It felt as though she suspected we were trying to take advantage of the situation, despite the fact that we had just placed an order totaling $45-$50. Clearly, we were not trying to con anyone.
I had a fantastic experience with Ms. Heaven while placing my order. She was very professional during our interaction and made sure to repeat my order to confirm its accuracy. The food was fresh and served hot. Ms. Heaven and the entire staff truly deserve a five-star rating. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant!

The staff are friendly and the food is okay. The wings are a bit small, but since KFC specializes in chicken, they should offer a hot and spicy option. If they did, the lines would be much longer.
My visit to KFC was pretty average. It had been a few years since I last ate there, and I gave it another shot. Sadly, the chicken was greasy and lacked flavor. I don’t plan to return.
