Service was outstanding. She was very attentive and friendly. My grandson caused me to knock my glass of tea over. She was was very gracious helping us clean up the mess and replacing my spilled drink. The food was great too.
Food was good. And I don't mind the new uniforms. But when you get older, the 21 to 23 years old girl could be your daughter. So there should be an option where the girls are a little older.
We had a fantastic experience! Sydney was extremely attentive, even taking the time to salt our napkins. She was always present, ensuring that our drinks were refilled before they ran out. Thank you!
I sat at the bar, and it was the worst service I've ever encountered. I waited 45 minutes just for drinks. The server asked everyone around me if they wanted something to drink, but completely overlooked me. I ordered food and waited an hour, but it never showed up. When I asked for my check, I discovered that my order had never been placed. The service was absolutely dreadful!
If I could give it 2.5 stars, I would, but that's not an option. The cleanliness at this location could use some improvement. Being situated in a college town, the staff mainly consists of college students, creating a chaotic and cluttered atmosphere—similar to a sorority house living room. Moreover, the wings made by the kitchen staff here don't compare to those at the Lewisville location.
