Nestled in Corinth, this Dunkin’ mixes hometown charm with uneven service. Regulars applaud fresh coffee, donuts, friendly management and a nostalgic, unhurried vibe; commuters prize the convenient drive‑thru and reasonable prices. Yet experiences vary—occasional long drive‑thru waits, order mistakes, indifferent staff moments and under-toasted bagels temper the praise. Busy parking and a somewhat loud soundtrack can be drawbacks, but many locals keep returning for dependable drinks and warm familiarity.
I had the worst service ever at this drive-thru. As a shift leader at Dunkin', I know what good service feels like, and this place is lacking. Each visit has been met with poor attitudes from the staff. Unfortunately, today will be my last time spending my money and time here. I really hope the owner takes action and hires employees who value customer service and the quality of their work. If I could give it a zero rating, I would.
I recently visited this restaurant and went through the drive-thru, where I was the only car in line. Unfortunately, I had to wait about 5 to 7 minutes just to place my order. When I requested a drink I had enjoyed just a couple of days earlier, I was told they hadn’t had it in years. As I tried to modify my order, the employee kept interrupting me to talk about the drink I originally wanted. After finally placing my order, I arrived at the window to pick up my coffees, but they had mixed up my drink. I had ordered it with whipped cream and chocolate syrup, but instead, they put caramel on top. When I pointed this out, the woman at the window sighed heavily, as if correcting the mistake was a significant burden. I also requested a larger straw since my drink needed one, but once again, the employee reacted as if it was a major inconvenience. In customer service, it’s crucial to be friendly and accommodating rather than treating customers like they’re a hassle. This location definitely needs better management and a thorough improvement in customer service.
I absolutely love Dunkin'. My son can't get enough of their chocolate glazed munchkins, and my mother refuses to go a single day without her iced coffee—seriously, she won't! I don't know what they put in it, but it must be something special, haha. Their prices are reasonable, and it's the only drive-thru coffee spot in Corinth, which is super convenient. Sure, you can find coffee at A.E. Robinson, but it just doesn't measure up. As the saying goes, "America runs on Dunkin!" and that's definitely true!
They can't even get an order right. Apparently if you order a hot chocolate they assume you mean you want a large hot coffee with 4 Splenda and 5 cream.
