It is clear that Whataburger is popular in the late evening, but the company has not addressed this issue. The slow service has been a problem for years, even before COVID. However, the staff at this location are friendly and beautiful, which sets them apart from other fast food stands. Despite the wait times, I would give this restaurant 3-4 stars for their service, but it feels unfair to penalize them for something beyond their control.
Stop them with the loud horns as they bring out the commands and simply focus on getting it right. please inform the workers to actually read what the order says and also contain ketchup in the bag. a non-seasonal hamburger does not mean so much salt that it must be thrown into the müll. not sure what happens, but the quality has gone down.
The BBQ bacon burger was large and moist, it really filled me up. The Dr Pepper shakes were fantastic.
Impeccably clean! This Whataburger is the cleanest you will ever come across! The service is fantastic, the staff is wonderful, and the location is perfect. Even during busy times, the employees always have a smile for you. The high standard of quality that Whataburger is known for is maintained in every aspect of this operation. This location truly stands out!
