I visited for a straightforward order of coffee and a bagel with cream cheese and jelly. The service began well; the Dunkin' Donuts workers at the register were friendly and professional. However, the older woman in her late 60s or early 70s who was preparing orders behind the counter was quite frazzled and seemed out of her depth. The macchiato was perfectly balanced with the right mix of milk and coffee—just spot on. The hash browns were a bit overcooked but served hot. The breakfast sandwich was warm and definitely not greasy. The muffin was a delightful seasonal treat!
I always order from this location because it’s very close to my house. Today, I ordered two teas and a latte. I really appreciated the note they included in my order letting me know that they were out of tea and had substituted refreshers instead. That actually worked out perfectly, as I would have chosen them as substitutes anyway! Additionally, this is by far the best Dunkin' I’ve been to; they truly know how to make a great iced vanilla latte. I've never had a bad one from them!
