I was with a vehan colleague. Happy that non dairy milk was an option, we stood at the Order Here sign. A member of staff turned around and said we had to order on the other side. We walked around to find a duplicate sign and tried to order there. The member of staff was facing us when she asked us to move to the other sign. Odd. She could have just taken our order.
