We love to order Chipotle. We usually order once a week. This store has messed our order, almost every other time, for the last 8 months (at least). I am done. Still love the food, but this store has something fundamentally wrong. I recommend going to adifferent store
Bad attitudes from the young boys working today around 6:45pm July 12. I was asked how I was doing and when I asked back the boy said “tired.” Not a very positive way to start the interaction and it just got worse from there. I asked nicely for a little bit more rice on my burrito and the guy just went way overboard. It was very spiteful. He could barely even close my burrito, there was so much rice in it. If you gave people a substantial portion the first time then they won’t have to ask for more. Cut the attitude, we pay good money to eat here and deserve to be treated with respect. No wonder the place was empty.
I had a voucher for a free burrito bowl from a previous mistake. However, they ended up charging me for guacamole and the food I received was the most disgusting, foul thing I’ve ever encountered. They packed it up for me, and I didn’t realize they were trying to serve me old guacamole. I would definitely recommend avoiding this place!
This Chipotle location is much better for in-store orders than app orders. I always get the same bowl, but when I order through the app, it's barely filled. However, when I order in-store, it's always completely full. It's frustrating to have to take a chance with this place.
