Some visitors have noted issues with order accuracy at the café, while others celebrate the attentive staff and the benefits of the Speedy Rewards program. Overall, Speedway attracts loyal customers with its commitment to convenience and value, despite a few operational hiccups that may leave some feeling frustrated.
The prices are reasonable, and it's easy to navigate in and out of the train station. However, my main issue is the irritating upselling at the pump. While I understand this might help the station generate more revenue, it definitely doesn't make me want to come back. The constant promotions on the screen just bring me down, and I don’t want to feel that way while fueling up my large SUV. I’m willing to pay, so please let me do so without the hassle.
The staff were very friendly. However, I was a bit disappointed that the breadsticks have been discontinued.
At the café station, there was a command that triggered both of them to start complaining and swearing. They even got my order wrong, and it seemed like they were under the influence of something illegal. I would rate this experience with fewer than 1 star.
Nice high-speed petrol station location. Furnishing and parking is nice and clean on a daily basis (I think here for coffee before work Monday to Friday). You also have the cafe where you can order food for you to be made fresh. You also save 3 cents per case with quick card as there is a Kroger gas station on the road.
