I visited this restaurant for the first time and was disappointed by the selection of flavors. I was hoping for classic options like vanilla, chocolate, or summer peach, but they only offered exotic flavors. The price for a single scoop with cone was $7.50, which I found to be a bit high. When I asked the girl working there if that was the correct price, she confirmed that it was.
5 stars for enjoyable ice cream; 3.5 stars for price; 2 stars for not bringing back lemon yogurt; 0 stars for service staff needs training how to serve and create positive experience, and also apply intelligence and creativity ex, when you run out of metal sample spoons, find an alternative way to offer sampling not hard! simple genuine words “I am sorry” can help; when requested to provide feedback, they have nothing onsite for feedback asked for their names and here is the image the most they can master. Jeni’s please bring quality, mature service back!
Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream is good. BUT closing an hour early because people don’t want to work is unacceptable! We actually went here the night before and bought a pint , but staff that night was very rude. I bought $150 worth from Jeni’s for mother’s day- wish i hadn’t of now though!
I have had Jeni’s shipped to me as a present from my daughter who went to school in Ohio. It is delicious, but it was so fun to go to the shop at the Easton Mall for my first on site experience. The staff Sunday, June 27 was so friendly and accommodating. The waffle cone was crisp and I love the standard two flavor option. I can’t wait to visit again.
I love Jeni's. It's my absolute favorite ice cream brand. I haven't seen Thai Chili for a while but it's my favorite along with sweet corn and blueberry. In lieu of those berry lavender and goat cheese with cherries are now my go to flavors. Love You Jeni's.
