Honestly, the drink was not made correctly at first. However, the manager, a very friendly young woman of Puerto Rican descent, took the time to remake the drink properly! Kudos for the great service. Thank you so much. View all feedback.

The customer service was subpar. I placed an online order and they forgot to include my donut. When I brought it to their attention, the staff member hastily grabbed a bag and threw a donut in without using gloves or a napkin. There was no apology offered. Additionally, the music was playing loudly, which I found to be unpleasant. I was not a fan of this location. View all feedback.

On September 23, 2023, JJ, the shift leader at the drive-thru window, was cheerful and willing to assist with any inquiries I had. He displayed patience, was helpful, and appeared delighted to be working during a bustling Saturday.
Came at the height of the breakfast rush and they were still quick to serve even with a long drive through line, it moved quickly. Staff was cheerful and friendly. Great experience!
It's a Dunkin'! You know what you're getting! I always get the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Sandwich on a Croissant. If they're out of Croissant, I get the English Muffin. Both are always Fresh! I enjoy their Coffee drinks Juice/Lemonade. Staff is friendly seen to like their job! Only 4 Stars bcuz any Breakfast Sandwich on their Sourdough never comes out right. It says Toasted on the Menu, but it Never is Toasted. They offer Avocado Toast w this same Sourdough, I wonder if it's Toasted. Anyway, I prefer Toasted, so I stopped ordering it. Sorry, no pics for this one bcuz I'm always driving/eating it at same time! Lol
