We came across their coffee during our stay at The Potting Shed, an Airbnb in Colfax that offers it to its guests. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up purchasing 3 lbs to bring back to DC. It’s flavorful and smooth, without the charred or bitter taste often found in Seattle-style coffees (like Starbucks) that have been sitting in a Bunn burner carafe for hours. View all feedback.

The sign on the door indicates that the business will not comply with the law and will not be enforcing the current mask mandate for either staff or customers. While I understand that this might appeal to some, I fall into the other camp that will exercise my right to never shop here again. I ordered coffee through Purpose Roasters, and it arrived very quickly. The quality and service are superb! I will definitely order more in the future!
First time going into Purpose Roasters today. Nick was very helpful, I told him the coffee I liked from other companies and he selected 'American Warfighter Blend ' for me. Needless to say, this is some good coffee!!! As a veteran, I also really appreciate Nick 's commitment to supporting the veteran community. 5% of profits go to support the charity, American Warfighters.
These guys are fantastic! I was aware of this business from my time living in Colfax, but never visited because I'm not a coffee drinker. However, this year I moved to Colorado and knew exactly what to get my coffee-loving boyfriend for Christmas. They were incredibly helpful and responsive on Facebook when I realized I forgot to include a note indicating it was a gift, and they made sure to wrap it accordingly. Today, my boyfriend opened his two bags of coffee and he is absolutely thrilled. He said the quality is outstanding and it tastes amazing. I also thought the personal note from the owner was a lovely touch. Thank you so much for the high-quality product you provide and for being such a wonderful small business. I will definitely be ordering from you again!
