Unfortunately, I only found out after ordering that they were out of lettuce, arugula, etc. The employee seemed to be very uninterested. :

The bread was open on both sides, making it almost impossible to eat. The saleswoman from 4:7 p.m. to 12 p.m. was quick but very unfriendly/arrogant!
I had a terrible experience at Subway today. The sub I got was completely unprofessionally made and had way too much sauce poured over it. It also took a very long time to prepare, and one of the employees didn't understand German at all and didn't know the name of the vegetables on the deli counter.
