Fantastic hotel! I would highly recommend it. The staff is excellent as well. The only drawback during my stay was that only one elevator was operational, resulting in longer wait times for the 7 floors. View all feedback.
I past it more than once, so not easy to spot. But rooms were good, service was good. Breakfast was okay. The people seemed friendly.Rooms: Rooms were not luxury, but they are clean and comfortable. I was glad to stay there once I found the place. My friend had booked the room and it was definitely a nice place to stay compared to most I have been in.

Phenomenal hotel stay! Excellent service, clean room, fantastic food and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. I will definitely stay at this chain again.
Standard courtyard in a good location. Decent bistro and rooms. Only downside is it’s not beachfront but a solid place to stay.Nearby activities: Not far from Ron Jons and more stores.
I want to thank the front desk supervisor Theresa and her staff for making our trip to Cocoa Beach great!! From the time we arrived to when we left everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. When we got to our room we had an issue and my husband spoke with the front desk about it. Theresa was quick to find us two other rooms for us to look at and we did move to another room. Theresa was so pleasant and understanding. We were much more comfortable when we moved to another room and the view was great!! Thank you again to Theresa and her staff for making us feel like family!! They gave us great tips on where to go and directions when we needed it. The location of the hotel was great too!!
