I found the honeybun to be dry and tough, and the steak with black beans was also quite chewy. The vegetables were very hard. The only positive note was the fried egg, which was beautifully prepared. However, I'm extremely disappointed overall. I find it odd that I can't leave reviews on their Facebook page, and I won't be returning. View all feedback.

The food scored a solid 4 out of 5; the Honey Chicken was particularly delicious and worth recommending. The service was also commendable, earning another 4 stars, as the staff was prompt and friendly. However, the atmosphere received a 3, mainly because I experienced it through takeout rather than dining in. Still, I would definitely recommend trying the Honey Chicken if you get the chance!
I stumbled upon Jacks, and it turned out to be a fantastic spot for lunch. If I’m being very particular, I would mention that the satay sauce wasn’t as creamy as I expected and seemed to be from a can, and the Ma PO Tofu had a bit too much tomato for my taste.
