**Restaurant Review: A Culinary Mixed Bag in Clovis** Nestled in Clovis, this restaurant offers a varied culinary experience, leaving patrons divided. While the green curry garners rave reviews for its exceptional quality and unbeatable price, other dishes, like the orange chicken and beef lo mein, have drawn heavy criticism for their lackluster flavors and poor preparation. Many diners have enjoyed the friendly service and inviting atmosphere, though some voiced disappointment over inconsistent food quality across visits. Despite the mixed experiences, the generosity of portions and delightful Thai teas earned praise. For those in search of authentic flavors, your mileage may vary, but the green curry is a must-try.

The green curry at this restaurant is my absolute favorite dish. I'm not kidding—it's that good! I could eat it twice a day, and when I have to stay overnight in Clovis for work, I often do just that. The price is unbeatable at $11 for such a high-quality meal that comes with rice or vegetables, along with options for pork, beef, or shrimp. Even though Clovis is a bit out of my way, this place makes the trip totally... View all feedback.
What Nunu Espinoza dislikes about Thai City:
I asked for a Thai tea and they put in a like a solid cup. Everybody knows that Thai teas is in a plastic cup with a lid. There was no Thai people at all, just white women. Pad Thai was artificial and cold. Terrible food Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1 View all feedback.
The restaurant appeared to be clean. Our server was friendly and courteous. We ordered orange chicken with fried rice, vegetable lo mein, egg rolls. The fried rice lo mein were ok. The egg rolls had a strange taste. The orange chicken was awful. The chicken had been cooked prior to being battered fried. It was tough, so tough that I asked for a knife had to saw to cut it. The chicken was dry, the sauce was tasteless needed at least some salt. When the server came by to check on us we said the chicken was too tough to eat. We ate the lo mein left. But not before we got our bill. No offer to get us something else. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK.
Had the Pang Beef and found it to be packed with tender beef and identityable flavor's. Customer service was outstanding .
Thai City never disappoints! My favorite is the toom yum noodle soup. I also love their Thai tea with extra half and half. My husband's favorite is the chili chicken. I just wish they still had their sushi bar. They definitely deserve five stars for food selection, food quality and service.
The food was good and hot. I had the beef and broccoli. I had forgotten how good the egg rolls were. Wish there was an appetizer platter with a variety of items.
I have traveled around small and big cities in the world. This place is not as what they advertises as Thai Food Restaurant. It’s not even as closed as Chinese or Asian food. Food was not tasty, bland. But for a small town and people doesn’t know what authentic and tasty Thai or Asians food is, it’s alright. Over all, I was disappointed. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
