12/30/2021 1800h Hard working sandwich artist I have ever seen it. A one-man show (and obviously a solo act for a very long time), this guy deserved the heavy tip of my wife and I gave him. Great meal also BTW.
Bad attitudes and they will cheat you! One girl added an extra sandwich on me. It must have been for her because no one was behind me. Good thing I caught it! Double check your orders here.
The ladies on 21st today had Great customer service! I was greeted with a smile and my sandwich was perfect! Your friendliness was very appreciated thank you!!!
We ordered 2 sandwiches, once we got home to eat 1 of the sandwiches was not what we had ordered. We took it back and neither one of the workers wanted to serve us. They were rude about having to redo sandwich. I kept being asked that I had to go to theback of the line. I told them that I was going to call the manager and they took care of me then.
Walked in yesterday for lunch, but there was a rude middle-aged female employee being rude to an elderly customer. Zero customer service skills. She was yelling at a younger female employee and was clearly irritated....seems to hate her job andwants to make life miserable for everyone! We ended up walking out and going to another Subway location in town.
