The customer service was excellent. They have a robot to deliver your food. The Beef Pho was delicious as always.

The highlight of our visit was definitely the robots; they were so much fun! The staff was also fantastic.

Unfortunately, I was... read more The broth had a wonderfully fresh and clean taste—very delicious! As someone new to the area, I was hoping to find a good pho place nearby. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the small portion sizes, and the staff had a rather rude attitude. They tended to stare and made me feel rushed, which made my dining experience uncomfortable. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

As I was waiting for approx. 20 minutes, the cashier wearing blue gloves was taking money as customers came to pay. Never washing his hands once was finish each plate with the garnish as thecook was done preparing the meal. I asked him about it after about 15 minutes and he got very angry with me. Then I told thecook and the cook told him to wash his hands, he did not ever go and wash but continued garnishing. He was taking his glassesoff his face and wiping them and scratching his body and then continued to garnish. I received a refund and I will never eatnot suggest anyone dine here unless they change their cleanliness practices. In my opinion, the clerk on register should neverbe preparing food, or touching the food u til hands are washed.

I got something Seafood... read more Very nice clean, great service, love the little robot who brought the food. They carry Pepsi, happy with that. My food was really good. I got something Seafood Bowl, it had lobster, shrimp, some other seafood thingys. But I did not eat them. The.Egetables were really good in the bowl as well. Yes, I will definitely go back. A little pricey but very good.
