Drive thru took 25+ min and car hop didn't ever know who's food was what.
You have 1 guy who is supposed to set examples for rest of crew on how to keep his composer and yet he is a team lead my order was sitting there for awhile and fries were cold asked for another got pissed shoved them in trash and still gave me old cold fries ..Honestly, knaw I understand why people post nasty comments and nasty remarks if it's because of this rotten apple he needs to go..I threw my food away and went to the 1 on 14th..Better customer service they are not rude and they really take care of their customers with pride..So,everyone wants good service stay on 14 th or hwy 60 because the 1 on Prince St...Literally has bad service ...Very disappointed ? with this joint it's as bad as BB joint..
Could be much better. Service was slightly below average. Food was decent, but could be better. Didn't have very high expectations for fast food. Its okay, if you're looking for a quick bite.
My kids said the play area smelled like feet!! Like what they expect it to smell like roses. ?
