The staff was pleasant and wore masks. The facility was clean. Portion size was generous. But, the reason for 3 stars is the white rice was undercooked. I've never been to a Chipotle that missed the mark on cooking rice. I was very disappointed by this meal as I'm living in a hotel for a few days and have no way to prepare my own food and Chipotle has always been reliable in the past. I visited a restaurant in Artesia just to indulge in my favorite dish, Chipotle. The customer service was fantastic.
The burrito cost $20, but it was worth every penny. One of the best options for dining in Convoy Street.
