Was Judy B at Captain Crab a mag?
Additionally, there was too much coating on the small pieces of chicken. I apologize for writing a negative review, but sometimes you have to experience the food that is being sent out. What Brianna K dislikes about Captain Crab:
Firstly, I ordered the shrimp with the Captain's sauce, mild, because I had a craving, especially since I'm currently pregnant. However, there were issues with my order.

On the bright side, the packaging and presentation were excellent! Unfortunately, the garlic oil left a dreadful aftertaste reminiscent of stale oil, lacking that buttery flavor I was hoping for, just a hint of garlic would’ve been ideal. Fresh butter and corn would have made for a delightful taste, not this garlic oil concoction. The delivery was great, but again, I regret assuming otherwise.
Firstly, I ordered the shrimp with the Captain's sauce, mild, because I had a craving, especially since I'm currently pregnant. However, there were issues with my order. To start, the shrimp were served at different temperatures, which raises concerns about food safety. Secondly, both the shrimp and the corn were under-seasoned. As someone who cooks often and has Caribbean roots, I'm accustomed to dishes bursting with flavor—not just salt. Speaking of the sauce, it tasted overwhelmingly salty. Without the lemon to cut through that, I wouldn't have been able to finish it. On a positive note, the lemons were sweet and refreshing. I genuinely hope that the restaurant brings in a chef who can refine this recipe. Best of luck to them, but I won't be ordering again.
The in-house sauce was great. The crawfish had the perfect texture and size, and the potatoes were cooked just right. The eggs were a bit overboiled, but overall, I would rate it an 8 out of 10.
