I can't explain the big difference this Burger King made. You now have some great settings good customer service. My orders were made really fresh. I never wanted to visit this place at Villa Shaw again, but they won my loyalty again. I just want to say thank you for once again becoming an amazing place!!
For a couple of weeks, milkshakes were not available but that issue has been resolved. Hopefully, they will continue to keep all menu items available, including the onion rings that were missing one time.
Im usually not one to write reviews on restaurants, but this treatment is utterly preposterous. First of all, my daughter tripped on a chair that wasnt pushed in all the way. None of the tables were cleaned and it smelt likt the floor was cleanedwith feces. There were no napkins in any napkin holders at all, so I had to clean the table with my bare hands. My strawberryshake was slimey and wasnt mixed all the way. It tasted so disgusting I got up and threw it away. I saw a cockroah crawlingacross the floor, and when i followed it i found a whole hoard tap dances across the counter. I grabbed my daughter and ran butthey started to chase us. They started crawling all over my food and stole the money out of my wallet. This is utterlydisgusting and I hope this problem is fixed. Ik never eating here again. Its so unbelievably gross, I even feel bad for theworker.
Love their Jr. Chicken extra mayo. And onion rings!! Bag of ice ???? is $2.00 convenient!!
