My daughter and I adore this place. I discovered it many years ago as it is close to my office. We used to get lunch here with my coworkers. I think the Pho at Ma Mi Eatery is the best in the area and I come from Rockland County. My family and I ordered here a couple of times during covid and the service was great. The portions are great for the price now a days. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I tried the Chicken pho it was decent but definitely over seasoned with sugar salt(idk how that’s possible). The chicken was dry but it covered with soup so I’m not sure how they did that. First time ordering here. Ordered the duck bao buns, Vietnamese salad with basa fish, and Thai Iced Tea which were all decent. The bahn mi wasn't really toasted well and it was soft. But oddly enough, half of it was burnt where you could see the blackened part, and it was salty. The pad thai had a weird smell and taste, so had to throw it out. I wouldn't go again.
