As reviews stand the test of Time I know this will be timeless. The food is always made with care attention. It’s always a treat going here as you feel like you’ve been to a 5* hotel in Dublin. The staff are always assertive attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. However, their wine list needs attention? This restaurant is in the heart of Clonmel a step away from the cinema. Home from home. I always give a generous Tip.
The staff was nice, friendly, and helpful. My husband is picky about his steak and he asked for it cooked medium-rare. To our surprise, it came out perfectly medium-rare! He was thrilled and loved the Jameson sauce. My mother-in-law couldn't decide between potato or vegetables, so the server offered her a smaller portion of both, which was very accommodating. She really enjoyed the mushroom sauce. I ordered the fish and chips, which had a light and crispy batter, just the way I like it, and the salad dressing was fantastic. We left very satisfied with our meal and I highly recommend this place. Five stars.
