Monkey Bar offers a vibrant atmosphere and live music, drawing patrons in for a lively night out. While many enjoy the energy and quick service from friendly bartenders, recent visits reveal a decline in burger quality and inconsistency in service. Complaints about rude staff and high prices for food, like $19 for ten wings, are becoming more common. Though some newcomers appreciate the ambiance and enjoyable drinks, others suggest that the establishment prioritizes regulars, leaving newcomers feeling overlooked. For those seeking a robust dining experience paired with music, it might be wise to explore other options first.

Feedback
Was Anonym at Monkey a mag?
The band took at least an hour to play their music, and it was pretty disappointing. There were a couple of talented performers among them, but overall, it just didn't meet expectations. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Monkey:
The atmosphere is still great, but the quality of their burgers has changed. I took a friend from out of town, and it was disappointing. I'm hoping this is just an issue with their suppliers. View all feedback.
I typically have a good experience at this place. They feature great live bands and stay open late, making it a convenient stop after visiting nearby spots. However, after last night, we won't be returning. The bar staff was extremely rude. I stood in the 'Customer Service' area for over eight minutes, with staff on either side of me, as both bartenders attended to others at the bar. When I finally spoke up, one of them dismissed me, saying she was waiting for someone else. If either of them had looked my way and acknowledged me, it would have made a difference. Instead, it felt like I was wearing a sign that said "Ignore me, please." They both walked right past me, tending to others before acknowledging my presence. It seems if you're not someone they know, you're simply not worth their time.
Excellent bartenders, an all around good sports bar with live music certain nights of the week. Great atmosphere, darts, pool, Bowling game, etc.
First time at monkey bar! It is an ok place but wouldn’t recommend as a go to place. They definitely cater to the regulars first so you are last in line to be served. The food was not bad but expensive. The wings cost $19 for 10 wings. Ouch! I tried to make friendly conversation with one of the female bartenders, she just made a face and walked away. They do have live music but it is so loud that you can’t even talk or hear the person next to you.You can try it but nothing impressive.
The atmosphere was fantastic, and the food was delicious! The music was enjoyable, and the bartender was very friendly, along with the rest of the staff. I had a great experience for my first visit! I highly recommend this place if you're looking to grab a bite, enjoy some beers, and listen to live entertainment.
