Was Scott Lawrence at Three Cats a mag?
Went during a performance by Creole Nord. Music was fantastic. Drinks are made with local booze and they were fantastic. Had a Paper Plane which was a great summer drink. Food was great. We go often and have never had a bad meal. We had the gumbo special which was being served as a part of the performance and it was fantastic. Definitely worth the drive. View all feedback.

Party of 4 for brunch. we all enjoyed our eating and the ambiente. we've taken care of us. a little on the expensive side, but we all enjoyed it and will return.
Steak was very good; I had chicken stew, also excellent. squash suppe was tasteful. kellner was friendly and attentive. in any case will be back! just something I could criticize is the background music... too loud and distracting. I would either go to a lesser volume or to an older jazz or a background music.

We always have a tasty lunch or dinner and the signature soup, Mushroom Bisque, is the BEST! The atmosphere is quirky, inviting and comfortable. Our waiter Nate was attentive and thoughtful. We will be back!
We had a table of 6 on a Saturday night @6:30. It was quiet.... Maybe 3 or 4 other tables. While our waiter was pleasant, he was not attentive. He did not come to ask how our meals were once they were served. In fact he did not come back to our table for 15 minutes and when he did he brought the checks, without asking if we wanted more cocktails or desert which we did. The mushroom soup was very tasty but not hot. The risotto with mushrooms was more like sticky rice not creamy like risotto is supposed to be. The scallops were cooked perfectly but were not served with a veggie or potato.... ? Atmosphere was fabulous, but I doubt we will be back.....
