We ate here as a family group with our two young children. The atmosphere was great, they certainly didn’t mind catering for the kids, and the food was really nice. However, when it came to ordering drinks I asked the waiter for their house white wine. He said he recommended a certain bottle and asked if I wanted to taste it. I did, and it was very nice. What I didn’t realise was that it was a bottle. Maybe the restaurant isn’t the sort of place that does “house wine”, fair enough, but then recommending one of the most expensive bottles is completely uncalled for. The bottles of white wine cost more than the complete meals combined! It was a shame as we had such a great time in this restaurant, and as I said the food and wine was excellent, but this just left us feeling like we had been taken advantage of.
Ate great! Recommended this restaurant if you are looking for a bit of diversity. Also treated well during dinner. Thanks also to the owners for the service provided. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
