Stopped at Tims for lunch as we often do. Ordered a chili meal and my wife ordered a ham and cheese on a croissant. The food was ready for us to pick up before we had finished paying for it. Wonderful! View all feedback.

This is THE WORST Tim Hortons on the planet !!!!!.. waited forever to order, when I finally got it, no good morning, thank you NOTHING was handed my drink and basically had my egger shoved at me .. no bag NOTHING. Egger was Luke warm...never going back or to any other Tim Hortons View all feedback.
Well I guess they had the prefect spot at Claresholm - always packed and washrooms are always lined up.
This place has terrible service and they are always confused.They had a kitchen full of employees and all of the customers were complaining because of wrong orders and slow service.Our family couldn't even find a place to sit because the tables were so full of garbage.I will give up coffee rather than come here again
I travel through Claresholm every few months and every time I have gone to this Tim Horton's it is so brutally slow . Service is terrible. The last time I was there, it took me 10 minutes before I was helped and I was the first person in line. One of the teens working there was too busy chatting to a friend to bother serving customers. I have yet to be impressed on a visit here.
The restaurant is conveniently located right off the highway on the way to Lethbridge. We stopped here for a tea break and enjoyed a delicious hot bagel with cream cheese. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service.
Chris manages this restaurant like a well-oiled machine! The food and drinks never disappoint. The staff is always friendly and it's clear they enjoy their work.
