Was Trevor S at Panera Bread a mag?
Recently joined the “sips” program to get free drinks for a fee of 10.99 a month.. so far the first month has been free and I've used it so many times… Great service… Now if the store would have the drinks full and have more choices that'd be awesome.. I mean I'm laying 10.00 a month. Can I get some creamer for the coffee?? And flavors also cost extra?!? But still not bad.. View all feedback.

The bread served with the meals is not prepared in-house; it simply comes from corporate, so don’t expect a crispy crust. I arrived 45 minutes before closing only to find out they were only serving takeout because they were already cleaning up. Shouldn’t there be a designated time for that? Additionally, they don’t do a great job of ensuring they don’t run out of ingredients. View all feedback.
Did have 2 out of the 3 things I wanted and waited in drive-thru over 35 mins and was not offered anything complimentary for waiting..
Received something extra in my tomato soup and no it's not croutons. It looks like left over mac and cheese perhaps. Don't know…didn't order it so I'm throwing it away. Very disappointed
Panera on Killian is the absolute worst Panera we have experienced. This is after the culmination of subpar experiences with our orders. Today took the cake after experiencing the attitude of the assistant manager, who of course would not share his name. I guess no one would want their ugly behavior to be able to be pointed back to them. He was not only combative, unapologetic, but absolutely rude. Tried the cinnamon crisp bagel and definitely will order again with or without cream cheese.
I’m a sip club member and frequent this location most mornings to get coffee. Today I went to get coffee, and ALL of the hot coffee was out. And there was no urgency to get them replaced. This location also has a history of not keeping the men’s restroom clean.
