Macaris has been there for Yonkers but has upgraded to a diner. Clean, unpretentious with good good.
Macaris are a long established business in Clane. Since the onset of Covid they have erected screen's, reducing numbers of customers on premises mask wearing etc. However they seem to believe that only customers have Covid because none of the Macaris wear masks ever. So if you don't mind something extra on your fish and chips it's the place to go.
Appalling Service. Visited Food was Average. Rude employees. Incorrect order A lady asked if I’d like chips separately to a meal. I said yes the employee proceeded to curse at me in a different language and laugh with other employees I asked for a chocolate milkshake they had strawberry in the machine and just poured that out instead of even trying to give me chocolate Employees wore their masks under their noses

Macari's is by far the best takeout spot in Kildare. They truly deserve seven stars!
