Even though it was late and I didn't want to take a course of what was written on the menu of the day.. they accommodated me.. without much paranoia.. and this was a big help for me. I saw my food intolerances.. The large slice of veal in the pan was very tender... I noticed the absence of salt in both the first course and the slice but... not bad.. no salt.. Yes health.
