The fish and chips were sub par and I decided to make the mistake of ordering there oysters too… I order at a piece and the first I got bite in and it literally tasted like dirt. Best Fish and Chips I've tasted in Chilliwack. We recently moved here from New Westminster and I couldn't find a decent place for fish. Finally an acquaintance suggested C-Lovers, all can say is no more trips back to New West. or Vancouver. This place has great fish; nice light tempura like batter with a wonderful buttery flavour. good fries. some of the biggest onion rings we've seen for a while. Service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend. You'll like it here. I makin myself hungry just thinking about it.
C-Lovers in my opinion has the best fish and chips in town. Can't ask for anything better for a big appetite than the all you can eat fish and chips. Service is always great.
This is a fast food type franchise. Don't expect fine dinning. The service was good. I was checked for my passport'. The prawns and fries were great. Best to eat-in', if you can. Take out would be mushy pretty quick. The decor is a bit.. blah'. My expectations were met.
When I used to live in the area, my family and I visited this place very often. We always ordered the all-you-can-eat fish and chips. On my last visit, I brought some friends who had never been here before, and they both really enjoyed their meals, even going for seconds on the fish and chips. I have a soft spot for their fish, even if it is on the greasy side. It's a comfort food for me, and I haven't really tried anything other than the all-you-can-eat option, so that's what I'm recommending. Yes, it's greasy, so don't expect anything different. However, the food comes out hot, the service is usually quite good, and even though it can get busy on some nights and you might have to wait a while for a table, I think it's a solid choice. There are probably other places that offer better-tasting and less greasy food, but this is a nice spot for comfortable family meals that I've enjoyed for many years.
This is a fantastic restaurant! The place is very clean, and the staff were excellent. The food was incredible, and you definitely get your money's worth. I will keep coming back again and again. My friend and I left feeling completely satisfied!
