We went to Palmer at Main st. RestaurantAnd the was terrible. We waited to get seat for more the 20 minutes. And after we seat and after the waitress never show to our table . Was around 2pm no was busy just 2 tables with customers. We decided to leave for terrible service.We decided to go back home to Chicopee. And my husband decide to try the Friendly's there. The service was excellent. The waitress was very friendly and very fast service . I recommend it ?
I placed my order online and it was ready on time. The food was hot, the drinks were cold, and the ice cream was delicious. When I picked up my order at the drive-thru, the team member was very polite and friendly.
We are visiting a few colleges, and when I discovered that Kindness is right across the street from our hotel, I knew I had to go there for a Reese's Pieces sundae! I've missed it so much. There's one in Dayton very close to our home, and as a family, we used to go there for dessert! I haven't visited with a friend in years, so this was extra special. The sunset and the service were both perfect, which really made my day. I was so happy!
