Menu

This restaurant tantalizes patrons with its promise of fresh, delicious food, yet responses reveal a blend of satisfaction and disappointment. Many agree that the pizza, though enjoyable, fails to stand out against competitors, with crusts often described as bland and toppings lacking in substance. Service issues plague the experience, from long wait times to incorrect orders. While the atmosphere is generally welcoming and clean, interactions with management can sour the experience. Despite these challenges, some dishes, particularly the wings and lunch specials, earn praise, suggesting potential for improvement in both food and service.

What User dislikes about Phil’s Primetime Pizza:
pizza is ok. personal little Cesar’s dominos is better and much cheaper. ordering take a very long time, provided we understand, is best underoccupied everywhere. crust is very bland, toppings are good, but this is the highest praise I can give. wings are not worth the money or time it takes to get them. the staff was welcoming and nice, the place was clean. just not for us. The food is excellent, but there are times when you have to wait for someone to attend to you when you arrive. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 4.
Great people and delicious food! Food: 5 stars Service: 5 stars Atmosphere: 5 stars
The customer service was excellent, and the pizza was delicious and reasonably priced.
People hardly ever leave gluten free reviews so here's one to help out anyone else wondering. They have gluten free crust, it is a medium size and thin crust and overall it was good. Doesn't beat a frozen gluten free against the grain or sabatassos from costco but neither does any other place in chattanooga or the surrounding area, and I've tried them all. Will order it again for sure as I'd prefer it over the other local gluten free pizzas. Hope they never stop offering it! By the way it is not on the menu but you can ask for it when you call to order. Side note: the wings are supposed to be oven baked but they were out and I didn't get to try any this time. Included a photo of my gluten free pizza for your perusal, I always get extra cheese and they deliver on it . Dietary restrictions: Gluten free/celiacs: they have gluten free crust (not on the menu but it's size medium so just ask them for it when you order, also they have oven baked wings.
