Had dinner here for the first time in a couple of years. Hasn't lost a step. Food is so flavorful, service is great. A must try for Vietnamese.

I have eaten at Pasteur a number of times over the past 20 years and the food has never been better than the meals we really enjoyed a few nights ago.
Outdoor and indoor spaces are very nice. The food was decent, but nothing memorable. Poor service. Our food took hours for our party of 7. The wine was constantly brought out (without being prompted, keep that tab growing! but no food or explanation. Thewaitress initially refused to let us speak to a manager, and was downright defiant that the manager was busy (sitting at a tablechatting . The manager brought out food tickets to try to prove we were wrong. Our food wasn’t rung in and we were ignored.How hard is it to just say that? I’ve never experienced a level of service like this. Was told by management to come in and“ask for her next time” and she would take care of us. I won’t be returning.
We love the food, the service and the setting. The outdoor patio is amazing. We just keep going back for more great food. We have been in Vietnam a few times and we just love this cuisine and the way it is prepared at Simply Pasteur.
