Was Gertrude Johns at Phodega a mag?

I decided to give this restaurant a try today. I stopped by at 2:30 p.m. and ordered the pho ga and egg rolls. I was disappointed that they were out of egg rolls, but the spring rolls I tried were amazing. The broth was very tasty. They also offer a variety of delicious snacks and drinks.
