However recent complaints about missing or incorrect orders, lapses in food quality, poor packaging on deliveries and troubling incidents of hair and rude service reveal inconsistent standards. Patrons love the comfort food and cozy vibe, but persistent service and quality-control issues suggest caution for new visitors until management addresses them.
I absolutely love this place. For Father?s Day I would not have chosen anywhere else. It has a very warm, community vibe where you feel like it?s your family of aunts and uncles running the joint. Food is always hot, fresh, delicious and QUICK. Theirsystem and service is great. Eppels never fails!
Went on w weekday morn, not that busy. Was seated and attended to quick, the folks here were nice and friendly. Really like the food, ordered some scrambled eggs pancakes.
