They definitely get five stars! Went this morning and they noticed we had our two dogs with us so they offered a couple pup cups. Now my favorite Dunkin in the neighborhood. Also, Drive-thru moves pretty quickly.
This restaurant boasts a fantastic location and features a wonderfully cheerful staff. Their iced coffee is incredible, and the service is always quick and friendly. I love visiting this place; it's definitely the best Dunkin’ location!
Service was excellent. My car broke down in the drive through and the overnight workers there not only helped repair it, but they pushed my car to a mechanic. Afterwards they ran my food down to the mechanic for me. I’ve truly never seen experience this great, and I wish I could give more stars.
I really enjoy visiting this location because the service is always excellent and it's conveniently close to my home. However, I'm disappointed that during my last two visits, the man at the window seemed upset or angry. I've also ordered 50 munchkins twice now but only received 40. Out of those 40, ten were so hard and stale that I couldn't eat them. It's quite frustrating; they should just be honest and say if they don't have enough munchkins available.
I’ve never had a problem here. They always get my order right, and the staff are friendly. It’s definitely better than the Dunkin' on Archer.
