I placed a pick-up order and the store stated it would be open at 2 p.m. It’s now 2:40, and no one has shown up. I wanted to surprise someone who recently lost his grandmother with these cookies, and now that plan is ruined. I called and left voicemails, and I also knocked, but no one responded. This whole experience has been extremely disappointing. View all feedback.
Updated review: I've become completely hooked on these cookies now (for better or for worse, lol). It's probably worse for my waistline, but certainly better for every other aspect of my life! In my last review, I mentioned that I thought they were overpriced and that I could probably make something similar at home for a fraction of the cost. I've since changed my mind. I attempted to replicate them at home using some recipes I found online, including an almond cloud cookie recipe from a well-known baking company, but they just don’t compare to the Cloud Cookie from this shop. Their recipe is truly unique and definitely worth the price. Keep up the fantastic work, Cloud Cookie!

The dessert isn't too sweet and has a delightful texture. My favorite is the cloud cookie.
I ordered my cookies and received them within two weeks. The order was processed, but I had to follow up to get an update from the team. The cookies were incredibly soft! A big thank you to Anna and her team. The Cloudynoir is amazing—it's definitely my favorite! So soft and surprisingly filling! I also love the hat!
My new favorite cookie spot! I apologize in advance for oversharing, but I happened to be on my PMS week and was really craving something sweet. I found this place on Uber Eats and decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did! I ordered on Friday, and I'm still enjoying leftovers on Monday; they are still soft and delicious! I’ll definitely be back for more next time Aunt Flow visits with her red Corvette!
