Despite good food, the restaurant's service fell short. Lipstick on a coffee cup and a takeout container from another table were negatives. The atmosphere was pleasant but disrupted by birthday celebrations. A brunch reservation glitch caused an unacceptable wait. In contrast, another group enjoyed friendly service and tasty food. Overall, the experience was hit-or-miss with some highlights such as the mimosas, pancakes, and skillet offerings. The casual ambiance and family-friendly environment are appealing, but service inconsistencies may deter some from returning. Reservations are recommended for peak times. Its unassuming charm may make it worth a second visit.
I like this place very much, and because I like it so much, I will give them a break. therefore this is not a five star: the only reason I have not given.
A beautiful brunch place near the north side. we sat right away, although it was overcrowded during the brunch time. they have a great choice on their menu. I left.
Wow! we wish that we lived here in front of the site after our breakfast. first were server and host absolutely pleasant. the menu is considerable, but.
The food at this restaurant was very good. However, the service was average at best and could have been better. For example, when we arrived, one of the coffee cups on our table had lipstick on it, which should have been caught by the staff. Additionally, when we asked for a takeout container, the server handed us one that had been touched and debated by the guests at the next table before being left with their plates. The ambiance was pleasant, with large windows that made the space feel open even when crowded. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the disruptive celebrations of birthdays on weekends, with a screaming server asking for help singing causing a disturbance four times during our hour and a half there. This cheapened the overall dining experience and was extremely annoying. I am unlikely to return to this restaurant in the future.
Absolutely amazing!! The service, food, and atmosphere were all fantastic!! I tried the signature French toast and it was absolutely delicious!!
