This place is truly a blessing. I can't emphasize this enough. If you find yourself in downtown (specifically the new east side) and you're not on someone else's dime, this restaurant will be your saving grace. They offer delicious and affordable food, a fantastic selection of beer and wine, morning coffee, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I visited so often that my wife might start to think I'm seeing one of the cashiers!
I popped in to pick up some avocados, and the owner was incredibly kind—he even offered us a discount! Everything was fresh and well-organized. This store has been a beloved part of the community for many years, and surprisingly, it was my first time visiting. I definitely plan to come back!
Really convenient location for a store where I can run in a grab a water and a snack from my hotel at the Fairmont. Love the fact they stay open pretty late. Wish the customer service was better. Our cashier didn’t really spoke a word to us and gave the impression they didn’t want to be there during their shift. Other than that, we were in and out.
I have been here twice so far and have been very pleased with this store. The store was near the hotel I stayed and I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for my meals so this grocery store was a great alternative. The food is fresh and tasty and has most if not all accommodations of a grocery store. I would definitely come here again.
