When I say WORST customer service I 've ever had, I literally mean worst customer service I 've ever had. The waitress, Hope, was the rudest server I 've ever encountered. Brought my wife the wrong drink. Brought my friend a Pepsi that looked more like 7-up than Pepsi and said, I think the Pepsi might be out , and walked away. Looked like a glass of water with a teaspoon of Pepsi in it. Another friend ordered an Arnie Palmer and she brought a cup of lemonade and a cup of tea. My wife ordered a salad, waitress says, is that on the menu? They had problems with it last night but it 'll be fine. Salad comes and there are ingredients missing that the menu said we 're supposed to be on it. One friend ordered wings and waitress drops the dish on the table and slides it at my friend and says nothing. Mistakes happen. But a decent server doesn 't make this many mistakes. Still, the mistakes were the minor issue. This waitresses attitude was unacceptable. I 'd describe the server as rude, entitled, annoyed, unapologetic, etc.. Will NEVER go back here again and suggest they hire someone who takes pride in their job and understands that the goal in customer service is to provide the type of service that makes the experience enjoyable for the customer. I always leave a minimum 20% tip. If you are pleasant and attempt to do a good job, I will leave more. This is the first time in my entire life that I left no tip. If I could have given less than nothing I would have.

Service was great and very attentive. Ordered chicken wings that were served raw and waitress agreed. Sent back to kitchen and was given a to go order of wings 45 mins after sending them back. No discount was offered and to go order of wings had no flavor and we’re not crispy like they have been in the past. Not sure if they got new staff or owners but disappointed. Our waitress Megan was kind and caring and the reason I’m giving more then one star.
Wait staff was friendly, prompt and attentive. As for the food? Don't bother. Portions small, prices high and food quality poor. Major shoppers remorse. Save yourself the expense and misery, eat elsewhere.
