I was pleasantly surprised by Tim Hortons. They have a great menu with a variety of fast food and drinks. My frappe was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is calm, and the staff are friendly. My wife and I ordered two meals and ended up waiting over 20 minutes for our food, which was quite stressful since we were in a hurry. I had a great experience at Tim Hortons. The staff were friendly, and the food was excellent. Ratings: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5. I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was around £20–30.

When we finally received our food and left for our event, we discovered that the caramel iced latte we ordered didn’t have any caramel in it, despite us paying extra for the syrup. Additionally, the food was disappointing; the fries and burger were soggy and didn’t taste fresh. Overall, with poor customer service and lackluster food, we won’t be returning.
